About Kinjani

Kinjani is raising sub-Saharan Africa to capture the massive climate opportunity and help founders access the right types of capital for scaling.

We support science-led entrepreneurs and invest into scalable organisations driving a thriving future.

Kinjani's unique approach focuses on leveraging Africa's structural advantages to make a significant impact on climate change.

Africa, despite contributing less than 4% to global emissions, suffers from the impacts of the climate crisis, leading to food security threats and a decrease in food production. However, Africa also has the potential to become the largest carbon sink, with its natural resources, young workforce, and strategic positioning.

Kinjani aims to solve the climate innovation gap in Africa by investing in technical talent, building climate businesses, and providing comprehensive support to drive innovative climate solutions.

We’re backing African Climate Talent.
